The Dagupan City Bangus Festival 2012 Art Walk by the Dagupan Artists' Circle was unveiled last April 13, 2012 at the City Plaza along Burgos Street. As I was walking home the day before the unveiling, I got a chance to take some photos while they were being installed. Here are some photos:
